Phipps Neighborhoods @ UASWC 

Aims to support the Middle School and High School students who attend Urban Assembly School for Wildlife Conservation by providing an Afterschool Program, College Advising, and ESL help.  Our programs focus on preparing the students for college by incorporating clubs that will support their academic, personal, social, emotional, and artistic goals.  Our afterschool clubs include a Girl's Club, Health & Fitness, Design & Technology, Arts & Culture, Emerging Leaders and we are starting a Creative Writing Club starting in the Spring Semester.

 

Our high school students work with our College Advisor who assists them in preparing for college by helping them with their college applications, financial aid, and college entrance exams.  We also support the school's ESL program by providing an assistant teacher to work with the school's large population of English Language Learners.
